Our client is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their team in Reading, the ideal candidate would have:

  • Experience within Financial services or Contract Hire
  • Creativity in problem-solving and offers innovative solutions to drive business growth
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively to meet demanding deadlines
  • Flexible team player with strong communication skills, adept at engaging with individuals at all organizational levels, both internally and externally
  • Enthusiastic and resilient
  • Capable of working independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

The job role will include:

  • Regular assessments of the leasing market to uphold competitiveness through necessary pricing enhancements
  • Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure the most advantageous deals and ensure availability
  • Oversee the supply chain to optimize supplier selection based on competitive discounts, availability and customer service quality
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of deal information and pricing to the sales teams
