The Job:

We are delighted to be assisting them with their search for a Private Client Solicitor based in their Bristol office and working for an independent law firm.

As a Private Client Solicitor for our client you will have 3 years PQE and this will be to join their Private Client Department, providing quality advice to clients and supporting colleagues and assisting with the ongoing development of the department and has a small team to manage .

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will play a vital role in providing expert legal advice and assistance to clients, safeguarding client interests and ensuring their affairs are managed effectively.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a caseload of private client matters
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients
  • Assist clients with drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney, and other related documents.
  • Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in probate cases to ensure effective communication and understanding of legal processes.
  • Collaborate with other members of the private client team and provide support and guidance to junior colleagues

The Person:

For this role our client is ideally seeking someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of PQE in private client law.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills

The Benefits:

23 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays) + Christmas Close Down

The Location:

Patchway, Bristol - 100% office based (3 days in the office)

The Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

The Salary:

£35-50,000
