Do you have experience creating and improving manufacturing processes? Are you confident updating SOPs? Our client manufacture precision engineering parts for the aerospace and power generation industries, and due to growth, they are looking for a Process Engineer to join them on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will have in-depth experience working within a manufacturing environment and well-versed working with ERP systems.

Process Engineer

6-month FTC
Salary – dependent on experience
Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm

Job Description
  • Reviewing all current manufacturing processes and improving these to a high standard.
  • Look at current SOP’S, route cards and special work instructions and updating all documentation to reflect new processes.
  • Uploading all data to the ERP system
  • Engage and contribute to Continuous Improvement activities to maximise efficiency.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • In depth experience updating and improving manufacturing processes, SOPs, route cards and work instructions
  • Highly competent using ERP systems with a proven history of data input.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
