About the Procurement Assistant Role:

We are seeking a Procurement Assistant for one of the world’s leading engineering companies specialising in automated solutions. You will provide unrivalled procurement support to all internal departments. This role offers hybrid working and is temporary for 12 months with the potential to turn permanent.

Requirements: It is essential for the successful Procurement Assistant to have strong experience in:

  • A Purchasing Assistant, Procurement Assistant or similar Administration role
  • Microsoft Office / Excel while being a competent IT user
  • Working at a fast pace and to deadlines
  • Solving problems using their own initiative
  • Professional written and verbal communication with the ability to build and maintain relationships

This role would be suitable for a Procurement Assistant, Procurement Administrator, Procurement Associate, Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Administrator, Business Support Administrator, Business Administrator or Vendor Manager.
