Procurement and Contracts Coordinator  

Full time – Permanent

£35,000 per annum

Brierley Hill

Our client is looking for a Procurement and Contracts Coordinator to join their growing, fast based team based in Brierley Hill. The ideal candidate is efficient, highly organised and proficient in maintaining supplier relationships.

Main Duties:

  • Manage purchase ordering for all orders
  • Track PO’s and ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with suppliers on costs, lead times and stock levels.
  • Centralise and track contracts, servicing, leases and agreements.
  • Update the team with any delays or issues with suppliers.
  • Manage and update stock and pricing on in-house systems
  • Resolve any invoice queries with the accounts team
  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers over the phone or email

Relevant Experience (required)

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in procurement
  • Excel, Outlook and other inhouse systems
  • Maintaining supplier relationships
  • Some experience with purchasing

  • Highly organised
  • Confident working in a fast-paced office
  • Ability to use own initiative and handle difficult situations calmy and competently.
  • Understand the importance of certain tasks by prioritising workloads.
  • Good communication skills
