Product Manager Online Booking Tools

Product Manager (Online Booking Tools) - Travel - West Sussex - Hybrid/Remote. A fantastic opportunity to join this entrepreneurial and forward thinking travel business where you will be responsible for optimising the customer experience and commercial opportunities through the development, implementation and utilisation of Online Tools.

Product Manager Responsibilities

• Implementing new online booking tools into the organisation and deployment into customers.
• Defining ongoing support of online bookings.
• Ongoing development of the product.
• Managing the transition of existing and additional online booking tools, ensuring utilisation by internal booking agents.
• Developing the client management information reporting on travel and sustainability.
• Support with the implementation of CRM tools where they integrate with client / online booking tools.

Product Manager Skills Required

• Experience working with travel technologies and an understanding of GDS, PNR's, the use of API's and mid-back office applications.
• At least 2 years managing Online Booking Tools (OBT's)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with travel technology suppliers and wider internal/external stakeholders.
• Process driven with an understanding of end-to-end journey of a booking from reservation and invoice to payment and reporting.
• Analytical and commercially astute.
• Excellent communicator.

Product Manager Additional Details

• A competitive salary dependant on experience to be discussed on application
• Ideally a hybrid role from West Sussex offices but remote working may be considered for someone with the right experience
