The successful Product Manager will help manage and develop company product range strategies, to drive growth and profitability. This exciting opportunity will allow you to create and sponsor roadmaps and generation plans to drive New Product Introduction and product lifecycles.

The role will see you:

  • Implement the 'go to market' strategies for your product categories.
  • Identify opportunities of the product categories as well as market gaps, key value chain drivers, trends and customer profit potential
  • Regularly interface with the customers in the market and conduct market research
  • Own, maintain and drive the product categories gross margin to enable profitability within each category.
  • Manage the new product development programs and create effective cost, price and value propositions.
  • Monitor, track and report on the KPI's for your product categories

To be successful in this role of Product Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

  • has a technical understanding and experience with mechanical locking products and architectural hardware specification.
  • knows the current construction procurement methods and routes to market.
  • can work with Confluence and JIRA Project Tools
