World leading manufacturing organisation based in Barry are looking to recruit a Production operative within packaging to work on a shift pattern which includes a mixture of days and nights, 12 hour shifts on 5 week shift cycle basis.

The role includes safely packaging and loading materials produced within the Polymers department including:

  • Packaging of drums and IBCs
  • Loading trailers with containers
  • Liaising with other operators to maximise output
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met
  • Off-loading incoming packaging
  • Completing SAP computer transactions

Applicants would ideally have a valid FLT license and experience in a similar role although this is not essential as we can offer training. The role does include heavy lifting. Good IT skills are essential. 5-GCSE C Grade or above or equivalent - Preferred to have Maths + English + Science
