Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Banbury (Close to the M40)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm)
Salary: £24,960 per annum


Are you ready to join a dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-quality goods? We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our clients manufacturing facility in Banbury. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of their production line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Performing quality checks on finished products to identify defects or issues.
  • Assisting with the setup, changeover, and maintenance of production machinery.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
