They are market leaders in the production of audio systems, loudspeakers and electronics for both professional recording studios and consumer HiFi sound systems at home, and have won numerous awards over the years for going above and beyond the industry norm in terms of quality. Due to ongoing expansion and the opening of a new site, they are seeking to add motivated Production Operatives to their talented team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a manufacturing environment to develop new skills whilst helping to make an interesting product, and to gain skills and knowledge along the way. You will be responsible for preparing and assembling high-end loudspeaker cabinets, for which full training will be provided.

This role would suit a Production Operative seeking an interesting role with full training, keen to develop a specialist skillset with opportunities for long-term career progression.

The Role:

• Assembly of wooden loudspeaker cabinets and casings in a Production environment
• Training in the use of CNC machines is available
• Standard working week, 40 hours, Monday to Friday (flexible). Uncapped overtime paid at time and a half

The Candidate:

• Will have experience as a Production Operative or in a production environment

• Will be happy to work independently and as part of a team

• Will be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
