Professional Development Consultant

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Professional Development Consultant.

As a key part of our small commercial team, you will design and deliver training courses and qualifications across a range of subject areas to an excellent standard.

Successful applicants will have subject knowledge within the areas of Leadership & Management, Coaching & Mentoring and Education & Training.

The position combines both face-to-face and online delivery methods and is home-based (field-based) with some expected travel to visit clients within their workplace, therefore the ability to travel is essential.

Salary: £33,500 per annum PLUS a £1,000 Welsh-speaking uplift.

Hours: Full-time. Reduced hours will be considered.
