This is what you'll be doing

As a Senior Associate in the Professional Indemnity team your duties will include:-

  • Managing Professional Indemnity Claims: You will spearhead the management of a diverse caseload, showcasing your expertise in defending liability claims, including coverage issues.
  • Deliver Excellent Client Service: Deliver high-quality and timely output to clients, ensuring exceptional service levels aligned with agreed practices and service level agreements.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the team's service, support, processes, and procedures, fostering a culture of constant improvement.
  • Information Management: Capture and collate Management Information in accordance with established practices for clients.

The experience you'll bring to the team

You will bring the following experience to the Professional Indemnity team:-

  • 5+ Years PQE: Leverage your extensive legal experience, with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification, showcasing your litigation prowess.
  • Legal Procedures Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of legal procedures, ensuring effective navigation of complex cases.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Showcase excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written, essential for success in this role.
  • Adaptability: Highlight your ability to adapt to shifting priorities and adjust plans accordingly, demonstrating agility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: Illustrate your proactive nature and strong problem-solving skills, coupled with a collaborative approach.
