PROJECT MANAGER (Change Management) | Contract | London | Hybrid 

This is an exciting opportunity for a change and transformation project manager to join a prestigious financial services organisation with the heart of London. You will be managing an agile backlog to support assets at this organisation, as well as managing, reporting on, and escalating a set of business outcomes and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to identify, create, challenge, seek approval and baseline project requirements, plans, processes and procedures.
  • Create documentation required to demonstrate completeness of delivery.
  • Ensure project deliveries are managed to time and budget.
  • Interface with any other dependant projects to ensure alignment and dependency management.
  • Manage weekly workstream meetings, creating project reporting to reflect progress for submission to the wider programme on a fortnightly basis.
  • Contribute to Steering Committee content to accurately represent workstreams.

Experience/Skill Set Required:

  • Extensive financial services experience, ideally from a trading background.
  • Significant project management experience in a financial services organisation or experience of delivering medium (>$1m) projects
  • Demonstrable track record of complex project deliveries.
  • Specific knowledge in the following areas: Agile & Waterfall Project Management, Jira/Confluence, and Project Management of application platforms.
