An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and personable Project Manager to join an established manufacturing & distribution company; within the scientific sector. The successful Project Manager will act as a crucial member of the senior leadership team, providing expertise on scope in the areas of resource planning, allocation, budgeting and delivery of projects.

As the successful Project Manager, you will work on a range of projects varying in size and budget, covering:

• Lean Manufacturing transformation

• Estate & building construction
• Building infrastructure

The Company
The Project Manager will join a global organisation within the scientific manufacturing industry who are dominating their field. They are experts in the design and manufacture of innovative products, used in the application of manufacturing and research activities! They are the gold standard in their field worldwide and have 15 facilities across the world in 10 countries - thought still manage to adopt a family feel! The Project Manager will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, coming into the office 3 days per week after the successful completion of a probationary & training period.

What's required

To be successful within this position, the Project Manager will have the following skills:

• Proven commercial experience within a similar Project Management position - Ideally you'll also hold relevant qualifications in the areas of admin, engineering, management or similar
• Sound leadership skill with the ability to train and mentor others
• A formal project qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or SCRUM accompanied by sound computer literacy using the full Microsoft suit as well as other relevant IT Tools
