Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive operational project management support to the leadership team.

In your first few weeks in this Project Manager role, you can expect to:

• Hold business stakeholders to the strategic roadmap, project objectives and project timelines
• Coordinate with the team and supporting services to ensure timely execution of project deliverables and adherence to quality standards
• Report on project deliverables and milestones in status meetings, steering committee meetings and board updates

• Proven experience in project management roles, preferably within technology, engineering or consulting sectors
• An understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organisation
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly, capable to pivot and focus on competing initiatives, as well as manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Plan and organise internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared in advance
• Identify opportunities to improve existing PMO approaches, policies, procedures and standards
