• This highly regarded firm is seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join their fast growing team.
• The successful candidate will have previous experience of up to 4 years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate the ability to foster strong client relationships with clients, with a proactive team-oriented approach to their work.
• You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include forfeiture, lease renewal, rent reviews, restrictive covenants, adverse possession and rights of way.
• You will be expected to have good commercial awareness and be capable of working effectively under pressure while maintaining a strong attention to detail and emphasis on quality client care.
