A property company based in North London are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team.
The client is looking for candidates in property management and property-related administrative duties. A Property Manager is a key member of the company, supporting the lettings department and the team of directors.
The main purpose of a Property Manager role is:
- Dealing with general day to day maintenance
- Creating new Tenancies using CFP
- Drafting ASTs
- Renewals
- Tenancy swaps
- Issuing Deeds of Surrender
- Registering deposits using TDS and DPS
- Returning deposits
- Dealing with dilapidations
- Arranging all legal certificates
- Tagging new keys
- Signing keys in and out
- Re-referencing tenants when needed
- Ensuring all compliance is always kept up to date
- Raising work sheets
- Dealing with sub-contracts and in house contractors for maintenance works required
- Dealing with notices from tenants
- Serving Section 8 and Section 21 notices
- Be responsible for your own property portfolio
Property Manager Specification:
- Self-motivated
- Reliable
- Must live local
- To have property experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Can do attitude
