A Paralegal role is now available in London for a property paralegal who is bilingual in Chinese and English.
You will join a growing team that primarily services the Hong Kong / Chinese market.
Your role will include file opening, raising invoices, day to day admin, applying for searches, post completion formalities, filing SDLTs etc. 
You will assist in advising clients in many areas of residential property work, including acquisitions and disposals, re-mortgages, auction work and new builds and will work with a broad range of clients including first time buyers, investors, overseas buyers, companies and developers.
