Position Available: We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the SEN team in implementing individualised support plans for students with diverse needs.

Assist in the assessment and monitoring of student progress, providing valuable insights to inform intervention strategies.

Collaborate with teachers and external professionals to develop and implement targeted interventions to support student development.

Provide one-to-one or small group support sessions to students, focusing on social, emotional, and academic growth.

Build positive relationships with students, parents, and caregivers to ensure holistic support and continuity of care.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.

Passion for working with children with SEN and a desire to make a difference.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and the school community.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and relevant safeguarding training.

To be considered for this position you will:
- have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
-Hold a child workforce enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work)
-have satisfactory references
-have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
