£25,000 to £27,500 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Swindon - Office Based

I am delighted to be working in partnership with my client to recruit a Purchase Ledger Administrator. The role is to work in a friendly tenure motivated finance team.

About the job:

  • Matching invoices to purchase orders.
  • Processing invoices
  • Liaising with various Managers for authorisation regarding purchase orders
  • Liaise with supplier regarding queries.
  • Prepare payment runs.
  • Month end duties.

About you:

  • Previous accounts payable experience is essential.
  • Intermediate Excel skills
