Purchase Ledger Clerk - temporary

£15:00-£17:00 per hour

Our client is a successful property consultancy located in Potter's Bar who are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to cover a 6-8 week temporary assignment.

Our client will consider candidates on a full time or part time basis for this temporary role.

The successful candidate will have previous experience purchase ledger, possess strong IT skills in particular Excel and be able to start a position immediately.

Due to the location of the offices, candidates must drive and own their own car in order to be considered for this role.

Duties to include:
* Dealing with purchase ledger invoices
* Accounts payable
* Matching, batching, and coding purchase invoices
* Invoicing
* Entering GRN and invoices on purchase ledger - system used EasyBuild
* Dealing with incoming phone queries
