About this Job:
Based in our Mold office, the successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with suppliers and the internal business to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the purchase ledger process. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day purchase ledger to ensure all invoices are processed correctly, matched to Purchase orders and Good Received Notes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaising and communicating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve any queries.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Setting up of new suppliers in the Accounts system ensuring company processes are adhered to.
  • Assist with monthly payment runs and ad hoc payments where necessary.
  • Process Credit card GRN's and invoices and reconcile account monthly.
  • Process employee expenses.
  • Assist the wider Finance team with any ad-hoc queries.

The Person
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with to all stakeholders of the business, acting with tact and diplomacy at all times.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivation with a commitment to personal development.
  • A flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Previous experience of working within an SME/service environment would be advantageous.
