Who are we looking for?

Purchase Ledger Candidates who are looking for their next career move.

We're ideally looking for someone who has recently worked in a Purchase Ledger vacancy, is skilled at building relationships over the phone and thrives in high volume environments!

Who will I be working for?

You'll be working in an environmental services business close to Preston. The business is currently going through a big change, making this a really exciting time to join the team!

What's the role?

A Purchase Ledger position.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Invoice Processing: Accurately process supplier invoices and match them with purchase orders.
  • Payment Handling: Prepare and execute supplier payments via various methods.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date records of all purchase transactions and reconcile accounts payable balances.

When and where will I be?

You'll be based in the office five days a week to begin with, just to make sure you've understood all the training you're being given and ensure that you're fully confident in your role - after this point, you'll be able to work one or two days at home, if you enjoy hybrid working!
