Aspire People, the leading education agency in South Staffordshire and North Birmingham, are working with an Ofsted rated 'Good' school in Small Heath and are looking to welcome an English teacher to their lively team.

Position: English Teacher

Location: Small Heath
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Competitive, in line with experience
Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, following the National Curriculum guidelines.
Foster a love for literature and language through creative and stimulating teaching methods.
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning needs.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the student experience.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
