About the Role:

As a SENCO at our esteemed primary school, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the academic and emotional well-being of our diverse student body. Working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies, you will develop and implement personalized support plans for children with special educational needs and disabilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Requirements:

Must hold a SENCO qualification

Passionate about inclusive education and child development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team

Experience in SEN coordination preferred but not essential
