Job Title: Quality & Assurance Lead
Salary: £40,000 + £5,000 car allowance
Location: London & South East Area
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity to work for an established and reputable business in the Healthcare industry.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and expereince working within the healthcare industry.
SKILLS REQUIRED
·Experience within a similar role.
·Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as CQQ and ICB.
·Excellent communication skills
·Driving license due to travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Ensure all site compliance standards are met, including CQC and ICB.
·Lead and implement policies and procedures, develop systems and deliver training.
·Assist with producing site-specific Quality and Assurance plans.
·Producing reports to enable improvement.
·Attending clinical governance meetings.
·Identity solutions and put systems and processes into place.
