We are now looking for a quality manager to join our CES team. You will need to be a qualified teacher with DSL or CLA experience.

CES Learning Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Council and LA level contractual delivery
  • Quality Assuring our tuition delivery
  • Responsibility for Safeguarding Concerns and supporting Compliance audits
  • Working with Prospero Learning to support tutor development
  • Ensuring that all tutors gather concrete & measurable progress and outcome data from in-person and online sessions (vital for council reporting)
  • Conducting Tutor observations and organising specific CPD support in-line with contract requirements and Teaching sector best practice

Day to Day Role

  • Reporting into Kealeigh Benson
  • To monitor the delivery of all contracts and ensure that we are meeting the specific requirements and KPIs for each of them, in particular relating to the organisational delivery.
  • To deliver on social value requirements.

To build relationships with local social value initiatives in areas that we already do business, but also in areas that we want to break into, so that we are able to improve our social value offering
