Site Based Role - Swansea, Neath, Llanelli commutable

Do you have a strong quality background within the engineering industry? Are you looking to step into a highly autonomous role where you head up and manage the quality department of an internationally respected, blue chip business as they continue to thrive?

This is a days based, senior position where you will be given the opportunity to display your technical prowess and manage the quality team of a market leading and highly respected engineering business.

This company are industry experts in the design and manufacture of specialist equipment for the oil and gas industry. they have built up a fantastic reputation for the work they do and how they treat their staff. They have had exponential growth this year, so they are looking to bring on a quality manager to oversee and improve quality within the business.

This is a fantastic senior role where you will have overall responsibility for the quality function withing the business, days will be varied but key duties will include the management and maintenance of the QMS as well as ensuring best quality practices are adhered to within the multi-faceted business.

This role would suit a senior quality engineer or quality manager with experience in the heavy engineering industry, experience in welding quality will be massively beneficial.

The Role:
*Quality manager
*overseeing quality within the business, managing and maintaining QMS
*identifying and implementing quality improvements

*Quality Engineer/manager from heavy engineering
*Based within commutable distance of Swansea
