Quantity Surveyor
An independent Global Construction and Property Consultancy is looking to add a talented, driven Quantity Surveyor to their thriving Newcastle team.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established cost management team working on a broad variety of projects including Commercial, Data Centre, Residential, Education, Healthcare and Retail.
This role promises a diverse workload, providing the Quantity Surveyor with extensive exposure to all facets of a project. This exposure is critical for gaining the experience and competencies necessary to progress through your APC and attain MRICS status.
For Quantity Surveyors aspiring to achieve their APC and Chartership, this consultancy offers a superior environment with an outstanding internal APC program, access to unlimited resources, and a commendable first-time pass rate.
The new Quantity Surveyor will work in close contact with the client, proactively managing the cost of a building project, from the initial design stages through to the building's completion.
The Quantity Surveyor
- RICS accredited degree qualification
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Client facing & ambitious
- Previous QS experience within a UK Consultancy
- Pre & Post contract experience
In Return?
- £35,000 - £45,000
