Quantity Surveyor
Our Client is a well-regarded International Construction Consultancy who are engaged in a variety of landmark projects throughout the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Due to continued success, they are looking to expand their team in Doha, Qatar.
We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor who is commercially astute and interested in pursuing a career in claims. You will need strong communication skills, along with excellent analytical, problem solving, planning and contract administration skills. Your duties will include reviewing of records and time impact analyses to establish and report on validity of claim proposals, the development of claim narratives in coordination with site base teams and negotiation of claims with the employer teams.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a top tier main contractor
- MRICS or looking to achieve Chartership
- Willingness to travel for work
