About The Job:

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team by handling candidate and client communications, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Administration background who is eager to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing exceptional candidate care through phone, video, and face-to-face interactions
  • Conducting pre-employment and compliance checks in accordance with company policies
  • Assisting in the recruitment of office professionals by utilising various platforms and channels
  • Reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and registering candidates
  • Offering support with payroll, holiday, and temporary assignment queries
  • Creating marketing content to attract top candidates
  • Maintaining a fast-paced and diverse work environment
