Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Remote Working
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage top talent in the social work sector through various sourcing methods.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients in the social work industry.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for social work positions.
- Manage the placement process from start to finish, including negotiation of terms and contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to better serve clients.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the social work sector, is desired.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of social work regulations and best practices.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results.
