You will need to have broad end to end recruitment experience, be a driven and self-motivated individual who can work autonomously. You will need to be flexible and keen to work with and support other team members.

Strong communication skills are key as you will be liaising and building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. We'll need you to be resilient, organised and able to prioritise a busy workload to meet tight deadlines.

You will be proficient in using MS Office and have experience using an ATS. You will also be required to come to the Bristol office each Thursday with additional days in the office on occasion.
