We have been established for over 30 years, specialising in recruiting for a number of industries including Printing, Packaging and Engineering. We recruit for all levels of positions up to board level.

Purpose of role:

To proactively support a team of successful industry specialist recruitment consultants in managing their desks through networking, gathering information, and advanced administration.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Making Calls: the role primarily involves a lot of telephone work including registering new candidates, networking with existing candidates, sourcing new candidates including targeted headhunt calls.
  • Updating and cleansing the database with new information.
  • Research new companies and secure qualified companies for consultants to contact.
  • Help consultants to manage desk through proactive reorganisation of their workload.
  • Create and manage client and candidate mailshots when required.
  • Convert job descriptions into adverts for publication.
  • Identify & source other industry specific information as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working over the phone in either customer service or a sales environment is essential.
