Recruitment Specialist - Based in Knutsford

Obscurant Recruitment Solutions Limited is a boutique recruitment consultancy based in Knutsford.

Obscurant has over 30 years of recruitment expertise and are now seeking a Recruitment Specialist/Consultant with experience of recruiting for permanent for positions on a national basis.

Working with a friendly team, fantastic location, servicing existing, new, and long standing PSL clients across the UK. This is an office-based role working 3 days per week Monday to Wednesday.

Candidate & Role

• Highly resilient, motivated, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills
• Collaborate with the director and team to source quality candidates across the UK
• Utilize various job boards (Total Jobs, CV Library, Reed, LinkedIn) and networking to identify candidates
• Demonstrated candidate management and closing skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients
• Must possess excellent IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel

Duties

• Provide a professional and tailored approach to address recruitment and retention challenges.
• Autonomously manage your desk, placing candidates in permanent positions within professional service businesses nationwide, ranging from junior to senior level appointments.

• Competitive basic salary based on experience £25,000 to £32,000 pro-rota
