Regional People Partner - South West region (hubbed from home)

Introduction:
- This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fantastic charity in a regional People Partner role
- You will be providing 360 HR support for 9 sites in Cornwall, Bath and Bournemouth
- As this is a regional role you be based from home but as with all key HR roles, on site meetings will be required as and when necessary (expenses for accommodation and travel will be covered) .

Responsibilities Included:
- Provide HR support to the business and its employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.
- Support the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding.
- Work with the wider HR team on HR projects and initiatives.

Skills and Attributes:
- Significant experience in HR, ideally in a regional business partnering role.
- Driving license and access to a car for ad hoc on site meetings (circa 2/3 a month)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
