JOB TITLE: Research Manager (Qualitative)
SALARY Up to £48k

THE COMPANY
A fantastic quality research agency based in London who have been working with household name brands such as Tesco, Sky, Arla and B&Q. An agency who are driven by data and insight utilising the following four main key drivers: Audience understanding, developing and refining offers, services and products, enhanced brand experiences and communication development and optimisation.
A mixed-methods agency who seek to deliver a rich understanding of customer needs and understand that customer retention will be the biggest priority for all organisations. Providing insight by their exciting and innovative approaches which give great insight into loyalty and engagement as well as the ability to develop strong growth strategies.
They are currently looking to bring on a motivated Research Manager. You will be integral to supporting a wide range of qualitative projects and will be encouraged to get stuck in where you can!
KEY DUTIES
- Managing qualitative research projects efficiently within agreed deadlines
- Delivering high-quality insights that address client objectives
- Client liaison, shaping research approaches to meet needs
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- An experienced project manager, who feels comfortable managing projects independently, juggling different demands and deadlines
- Confident working across all areas of quantitative market research, including design, fieldwork and reporting
