Role:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be integral to the firm's operations, managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions. Your expertise will guide clients through the complexities of buying and selling property, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. You will be responsible for all aspects of conveyancing, from initial instruction through to completion, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting property searches, and liaising with all parties involved.

Skills & Experience:
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Demonstrable experience in managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process
- Excellent client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and case management systems
