An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a tier 1, legal 500 ranked team based in Kent.

The firm are one of the market leaders in the region delivering an exceptional client care service to their exclusive clientele. They are looking for individuals with at least two years post qualification experience, however all candidates would be considered.

Here the team deal with a wide range of residential property matters acting on behalf of a high net worth client base. This is a dynamic and supportive team, where you will be encouraged to reach maximum potential.

You will be required to hit the ground running, able to manage a varied caseload of property matters which include sales and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity releases. There will be some elements of plot sales and new build work acting on behalf of national developers. You will be expected to work with minimal supervision, although support would be provided where necessary.

The role would give you the opportunity to play a key part in business development, providing marketing initiatives in line with both departmental and business plans. You will be joining an award winning team of highly skilled and experienced lawyers, where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within you role and the firm.
