Time Recruitment is currently seeking RMNs to join our client's private mental health service in Bromley. Our client, a leading provider of mental health and adult social care, is dedicated to delivering outstanding services and improving the lives of service users.
The service offers acute mental health and addictions inpatient treatment across 17 beds. We have openings for nurses in both acute/addiction services and the specialist eating disorder unit. With a commendable Good CQC rating, our service has earned an excellent reputation. You'll find all shifts well-staffed, with dedicated management support.
As a Registered Nurse, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of care and driving positive changes to enhance the well-being of both staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate proficiency in clinical skills
* Provide a secure and therapeutic environment for patients
* Ensure patients receive exceptional care for both physical and mental well-being
* Collaborate effectively as part of a Multidisciplinary Team
* Show dedication to oversight, evaluation, and continuous professional development
Requirements:
* RMN qualification with a valid NMC Pin
* Previous experience in Mental Health care
