Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Advisor to join a telecoms and technology company who are recognised as a leader in their field. The ideal candidate will be a University graduate looking to kick start their career in IT sales. The salary for this position is £25,000 and also contains many benefits. This position is located in Solihull.

• Salary: £25,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:

• Calling businesses as potential new clients and being responsible for converting these calls to sales appointments
• Achieving set sales targets and objectives with a strong desire to exceed targets
• Becoming an expert in the products and services to ensure a solution lead and consultative approach to sales
• Calling through a list of untouched clients trying to identify missed opportunity
• Understanding customer needs and selling to them the associated relevant product or service
• Adding value by positively and enthusiastically discussing the brands values, products and services to ensure a professional image is provided at all times

Key Skills and Experiences of a Sales Advisor:

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (this is not essential but is advantageous)
• Must be sales driven ambitious, and eager to meet targets
• Outgoing, ambitious personality, with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature
• A natural sales ability with a keenness to develop these skills to help you and the company succeed
• Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards targets
