Duties for the Internal Sales Advisor:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ever growing, fast paced sales team within this wholesale business. As part of this growing team of Sales Advisors you will report directly to the Sales / Office Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of customer engagement, from the taking of telephone orders, advising customers on associated products, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of our product offer, through to ensuring that all orders are despatched in a timely manner. A passion for providing a reputation for excellent customer service is paramount to this role.

Experience required for the Internal Sales Advisor:

You will have ideally worked previously within a fast-paced sales environment and will therefore feel very much at ease in such an environment, having a sound appreciation of what is required within a competitive and customer focused sales team. Apart from a natural sales capability, enthusiasm, self-motivation & ownership of the role is key to success. You must be able to communicate well with customers and be confident in building customer relationships to boost sales and whilst being a team player you must also be able to work well by yourself as and when necessary, still ensuring targets are met. Enthusiasm, self-confidence, experience & a willingness to learn our market in this role, are the most important aspects of the job as you continually strive to exceed our customers wasn’t expectations.
