The successful candidate will be entrusted with a portfolio of warm leads, approximately 100-150 per month, consisting of potential clients nearing the end of their current contracts within a 3-6 month window. This is a chance to shine by converting these leads into lasting business relationships. With some appointments scheduled via virtual teams and others in the Northwest for face-to-face interaction, adaptability and excellent communication skills are essential.
Adept at account management, the ideal professional will not only secure new clients but also nurture and expand these relationships. The role involves cross-selling a diverse range of products, ensuring clients receive a comprehensive service that meets all their mobile telephony needs.
The remuneration package reflects the importance of this role, with a total offering of £30,000-£40,000, inclusive of a company car, ensuring travel in style and comfort. A competitive commission structure is in place, with a target of £8,000 paid at an impressive rate of 10%. Moreover, surpassing this target triggers an additional 20% commission on business over £8,000, rewarding excellence and ambition.
Enjoy a balanced work-life with standard office hours from 9 am to 5 pm and a one-hour lunch break to recharge. The position also includes 22 days of holiday, allowing ample time for rest and personal pursuits.
Candidates must bring to the table exceptional new business development skills and a history of successful B2B contract sales. A stable career history is crucial; thus, those with a tendency to frequently change jobs need not apply.
If this role resonates with your professional aspirations and you have the skills to excel, submit your application to become the driving force behind expanding a leading mobile telephony business.
