A new role has arisen for a Sales Ledger Clerk in Great Yarmouth.
Working with a great team of people, this role will involve the following tasks:

  • Overseeing the sales ledger function
  • Ensuring timely closure of well-maintained ledgers in accordance with month end deadlines
  • Regular review of ledgers to ensure transactions are appropriately allocated
  • Chase overdue invoices via telephone and e-mail
  • Raise recharge invoices and rebate credit notes
  • Post bank entries and perform daily bank reconciliations
  • Assist Sales Ledger Assistant with mailbox management
  • Support/cover the Sales ledger Assistant with raising sales and credit notes, distributing daily sales report, submissions to customer portals and setting up new accounts

The skills required for the role:

  • Experience with sales ledger and credit control
  • A good knowledge of Excel
  • A strong team player
