SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR WANTED FOR BUSY OFFICE

GREAT OPPORTUNITY WITH LEADING INDEPENDENT AGENT

BASIC SALARY £17-20,000 DOE £30-35,000 OTE

Established independent estate agent looking for a SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR to join the team in a busy office. Great package available with good bonus and perks. The successful candidate will be working in both sales and lettings having a large scope of opportunity to earn good amounts of commission across both sides of the business. The successful candidate will have to prove a good team work ethic, be self-motivated and ideally someone looking for good career progression within a fast growing company.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Daily call outs
  • Registering prospective clients
  • Arranging viewings
  • Carrying out viewings
  • Obtaining offers
  • Canvassing and marketing,
  • Booking valuations
  • Obtaining client testimonial reviews

Requirements:

  • Car and full driving licence
  • Smart and professional in appearance
  • Self-motivated
  • Target driven
  • Experience as a negotiator in property
  • Computer literate

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm Saturday 9.45am - 4pm. (One day off in lieu a week for working Saturday)
