If yes, our clients, an independent leading and innovative modern thinking Estate Agency are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their thriving branch based just North of Nottingham city centre. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a growing company and successful team.

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

  • Basic Salary £20,000
  • £25,000 guarantee for the first 6 months
  • Up to £32,500 OTE (Uncapped)
  • Five-day working week
  • Ongoing training and support
  • Career progression

Sales Negotiator requirements:

  • Estate Agency or Sales experience
  • Hard-working attitude
  • Ambitious
  • Career driven
  • A Team Player, but with individual flair
  • Good customer service skills
  • Full UK Driver’s License
  • Knowledge of the Nottingham area

Duties included in the role of a Sales Negotiator:

  • Greeting buyers & vendors
  • Registering customers
  • Matching requirements & arranging viewings
  • Calling out new properties
  • Valuation generation
  • Negotiating offers
  • Accompanied Viewings
