THE GIG We are looking for an outstanding Sales Operation Coordinator to join our team based in Camden, London. You will be working closely with our Sales, Distribution Centre, Supply & Demand and Finance Teams to provide operational support to our Wholesale partners in Southern Europe. It is essential to be fluent in English and French or/and Italian. This is a 18 month FTC. THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
  • Manage all daily activities and be the key point of contact for enquiries from customers and other departments. Working closely with Sales Teams, Distribution Centre, Supply & Demand teams to ensure relevant information, issues, process changes are promptly dealt with
  • Answer all wholesale customers telephone enquiries, consistently keeping direct contact with customers, promptly providing them with all required information and tak­­­ing action where appropriate
  • Ensure all customers’ queries are managed and that suitable measures are in place to protect the customer from undue failures of Quality, Cost or Delivery performance
  • Ensure prompt, timely and accurate input of customers’ orders within given deadlines
  • Highlight any problems/errors identified on customers’ orders and ensure customer order details are validated prior to order entry
  • Release orders according to allocation coverage, customer requested delivery date, customer shipping and fulfilment requirements and company target needs.
  • Handle returns of goods, strictly following the company’s guidelines and rules
  • Regularly report to Team Leader workload status, addressing issues to be solved
  • Maintain the ship-to customers’ master file and audit data governance
  • Liaise closely with other departments to ensure full conformity to customer requirements and efficient handling of account. Liaising with credit department to ensure that queries are resolved and with Supply & Demand to ensure full- and in-time coverage of orders.
  • Liaise with the warehouse and distribution to ensure that VAS is carried out correctly and that SLA are respected as well as on time delivery
  • Provide cover as necessary for other staff members (i.e., holidays, sickness, etc).
  • To support and assist any colleague and department in case of need or if required

  • Proven track record in B2B/Wholesale operations in the fashion industry. Working with a Footwear brand would be highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in French and/or Italian and English.
  • Excellent math, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, performance-based environment
  • Able to manage interpersonal relationships
  • Handling and understanding of analytical data
  • Focus on data accuracy, proactive and detail oriented
  • Process driven, supply chain and operationally driven
  • Completer, finisher, forward thinking,
  • Innovative, adaptable, and willing to embrace change
  • Customer orientated
  • Team player and collaborative
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • High standard of IT literacy – ability to use ERP and CRM systems, in addition to Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • EDI literacy is a plus
