SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Our client, a global Technology organisation, urgently require a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to undertake a long term contract.

In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:

• Experienced SuccessFactors consultant (Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM)
• Strong experience of ‘hands on’ SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration
• Experience of delivering SuccessFactors at large, complex organisations
• Able to obtain SC Clearance with no restrictions

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the delivery of an innovative, robust, and future-proof global SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals management solution for a large, multi-national organisation
• Integration of PMGM into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite
• Plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops
  
  • Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap
  • Communicate effectively and manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels
    
    • Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi location delivery model
