We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a School Caretaker. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our school environment.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the security of the school premises, including opening and closing the building daily.
- Conduct regular maintenance and minor repairs.
- Manage the cleaning team and oversee the upkeep of the school grounds.
- Support the Headteacher and staff in operational duties.

Requirements:
- Experience in caretaking or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo stringent vetting checks and obtain an Enhanced DBS via Reed.
