Our client is a global, leading precision component manufacturer primarily operating in the Aerospace sector. They manufacture precision engineered parts for aerospace customers (mainly precision fabrication and machining) and are looking for a Semi-Skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have relevant and proven experience, seeking an opportunity to develop their skills.

Semi-Skilled Sheet Metal Worker
Job Specification
  • Assembly and riveting of sheet metal components in accordance with relevant procedures.
  • Ability to read and understand data cards and drawings to the level required for machine set up and operation.
  • Set up machines with the required settings and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures.
  • Complete riveting operations efficiently in accordance with job card instructions to achieve required output levels.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
  • Demonstratable experience working with sheet metal/assembling parts/components, using a range of manufacturing hand tools, equipment, or machinery (riveting, countersinking, air tools, air grinders, drilling, trimming etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self driven with a positive outlook
  • An understanding and alignment to our Values; Respect, Integrity, Safety & Excellence
